For MI3: The Curse of Monkey Island you need:

It’s a replacement installer (setup program) for the Curse of Monkey Island. The installer that comes with the game can be problematic with newer versions of Windows and refuses to work at all on 64 bit Windows. This installer doesnât have those problems and comes with the "Curse of Monkey Island Launcher"
The Curse of Monkey Island Launcher
An improved version of the launcher program that LucasArts shipped with The Curse of Monkey Island, it has a number of features not present in the original launcher:
it has been updated. Its had a slight redesign to make it easier to use, has full Vista compatibility and now supports 64 bit versions of Windows.
* Can run CMI from hard drive (play without the cd`s) and can automatically copy the required files to the hard drive.
* Can run CMI in windowed mode
* Can enable CMIâs debug mode. See the readme for more information on this.
* Supports all recent versions of Windows (XP, XP64, XP MCE, Vista, Vista64). Windows 98, ME and 2000 are not officially supported but should work correctly.
* Loads one of 6 random images as the main launcher image – for added eye candy.

THE DVD CONTAINS ISOS FOR THE GAMES MENTIONED ABOVE THAT ARE INSTALLED USING THE MENU THAT YOU CAN SEE. BUT IF YOU WANT TO INSTALL THE GAMES ON 64BIT SYSTEMS AND OTHER GOODIES YOU CAN USE THE CUSTOM INSTALLERS FOR MI3 AND MI4.
JUST PLACE THE CMI SETUP OR EMI SETUP IN THE SAME FOLDER WITH THE GAME FILES-ISO (YOU MAY HAVE TO EXTRACT THEM OFF THE DVD) AND RUN THEM FROM THERE. YOU’LL HAVE TO SWITCH THE DVDs WHEN YOU WILL RECEIVE MISSING FILE ERRORS, THE GAME IS SEARCHING FOR FILES THAT ARE FOUND ON THE GAME IMAGES (ISO). MOUNT THE ISOs ALTERNATIVELY USING DAEMON TOOLS, OR POWERISO.
